Will a Samsung S5 model G900T3 work on T-Mobile in 2022?

I tried adding an APN code but it won’t remember it?
I hit save, and its all gone, but the APN settings are the same on a buddies phone which does work?
Under APN settings, only T-Mobile appears but all but a couple specs are filled in and it won’t let me change anything.
Its currently working though on AT&T?
I can make calls just fine but AT&T still has 3G active.
With the T-Mobile sim card, the phone will access the web, get texts, delete texts, sent texts, but will not make calls. The indicator up top says 4G LTE. I’m being told it should also say VoLTE for it to make calls?
