I was always able to use wifi calling and texting on Norwegian Cruise ships until recently. They changed providers to Starlink and now I fully have internet aboard but wifi calling and text wil not ...
Thank you. That was my first reaction but have been in contact with upper management at NCL who claims it is not intentional.
