Using T-Mobile to transmit

Good Morning - Totally crazy question.   I live in an area where cell coverage is not the best, however, T-Mobile seems to be working pretty well.   I joined a group through my health insurance that you weigh yourself every morning on their scale and it transmits your weight to the group handling the program.   I can never get the wi-fi in my house (non T-Mobile) to send the information.    Is there a way to use my T-mobile account to do this?    Hopefully this makes sense.    Thank you!
