trouble sending text
I have one apple phone number that my text messages won’t go through, other apple phones I have no problem. It spins for a bit then closes the messaging app. When I keep trying, it says, messages keeps stopping/ app info or close app I can receive messages from this phone or call the number, I just can’t send texts. I’ve restarted it numerous times, turned airplane mode on and off, cleared cache. Any ideas? I have the Samsung Galaxy J7 Star.

*tips hat* no worries.. no idea how it happens but at times a contacts info can get all goobered up internally and the only way to fix it is flush and re add.

fully delete any and all of their contact info including text history and call history..then restart the phone and make sure nothing from them or to them is still in the phone..then try re adding their contact info and attempting it again.
