text messages show up as needing to be downloaded
I have the moto 5g ace. When I receive group text messages I have to click on download for every single text message. I was at a T-Mobile store today and text support looked at my phone and said all settings are correct, it's just the way group text messages are received. Is this accurate?
group texts need data in order to load..usually if there is an issue with data or its turned off you will be prompted to download the message..double check to make sure in your settings its set to auto download as well..you can test this by sending yourself a picture as well. same scenario as group texts..
