T-Mobile Downloaded Crapware
Samsung is the one who pointed this out to me. When T-Mobile couldn't solve the issue, they put me on a call with Samsung tech and they directed me to an application that I could disable. Then I could change the settings. Since we rely on our phones for personal security, T-Mobile needs to do better.
I've had this phone for about 6 weeks. I am experiencing the same. I keep getting a page from tmobile to finish my install by allowing Microsoft co-pilot, a t-mobile app along with 2 others. I unchecked them all and close the page and it comes back eventually. What app do I need to disable to be able to regain control?

Reach out to Samsung Tech at 8007267864 and they can walk you through the process. It's a little complicated as you have to disable a part of Android to do it. It's a real hassle and T-Mobile needs to fix this. Samsung confirmed it was T-Mobile doing this while T-Mobile persistently denied it.
