Spam Shield Premium
I tried this for a few days - I continued receiving all the calls that it was setup to block. I’ve put my phone on “Do Not Disturb” so that all non-Contact calls go straight to Voicemail.
This happened to me as well. I receive more scam calls now than before I enrolled in Scam Shield Premium. It seems to be an ineffective add-on service and T-Mobile support didn't have any suggested solutions when I contacted them to ask about why it wasn't catching the spam calls.
