Why is my protection 360 not valid for my Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra? I got a new phone and after a week got message device not eligible for protection 360 apple care services. Can someone please advic...
this plan was valid on Samsung Galaxy fold 4. So don’t think is an issue of apple vs Samsung. I just bought an unlocked version in Asia, as am traveling so maybe device being out of country might be the reason not sure.
