pull up your battery usage and see whats burning up battery life..
more than likely though since you have more than one issue and theyre not related im leaning towards the back up and factory reset as well..hopefully get 2 birds with one stone
I’ve had the same problem with texting on my Galaxy Note 8 in addition to the fact that the phone will not ring or rings one time, then goes to voice mail. Initially I was told that I needed a new Sim card. That was 2 weeks ago and I’m having the problem again. A tech support representative just told me that Samsung is retiring this phone and that is probably the reason that Note 8 users are experiencing so many problems. I’m just going to get another phone. It’s too frustrating for me.
