Are you sure your model is NE2217?? Can you share a screenshot of your update....
Friend, I'm the same, stuck with Android 14. I only got a security update and nothing else.
I tried updating with the Oxygen Updater app, but it doesn't work. It says the phone isn't compatible because T-Mobile has blocked it. It's sad that this company does this to its customers.
