No Voicemail Indication on my Revvl V+ 5G

Hi Butchiej… I tried this… it didn’t go to voicemail, it did open “app info”. On that I selected “notifications” and there were settings for “Default, Incoming Calls, Missed calls, and Voicemails”, but these were all grayed-out. So… seems like there’s another setting somewhere? Not sure what’s going on with this.
