June Pixel security update delayed
Guess Tmobile is behind again with the June update for the Pixel 7 and below. Seems we went around with this before with January update. Guess we waited 10 days to get updated, sure if they would post a reason along with time frame for the update.

The last 3 updates came late if you actually looked… Generally they come on the 5th.Actually, they are generally released the first Monday of the month at 10 am PST.…and often just dated as the 5th
There is a bottleneck with carriers where the check the update for network compatibility, before pushing it through which is why you can often take the sim out and update over wifi after it saying that you were up to date..
Since Google Fi is an MVNO that uses T-Mobile as one of their network providers, a bottleneck at T-Mobile would also cause one at GF.
*I've solely used Pixel/nexus devices since the Nexus 6 where I started on GF before transferring to T-Mobile (to get away from sprint being the other provider and early issues with VoLTE and band 12) and updates have ALWAYS worked like that...having 100% unlocked devices straight from Google on wifi without a sim always updated more timely up until the pixel 6/ non Qualcom modem.

It’s bad enough that it’s June 19, and still not available, but having Google and/ or T-Mobile with no explanation is just frustrating.
read the last post that was right in front of yours..the link provided

If you turn off your T-Mobile SIM card and check for the update it will push through. But I'm not going to install it If there's a problem. Last thing I want is a buggy phone!

I'm content to wait but not so happy with my modem as sometimes my calls will not go through and have to dial more than one time, very frustrating.
Yes, Pixel does have some annoying calling problems, but I found that restarting the phone weekly largely eliminates them. You might want to give that a try.

This is around the time I sign up for the developers program and download Android 14 beta.
It's an option if you don't mind some bugs. Usually around the end of June it's a little more stable.
