I lost a phone and need it to be disconnected
I have lost my phone and the number is 708-***-**** and I need for it to be disconnected. Thanks, Cheryl Johnson
You can reach out to T-Mobile by sending them a DM on Facebook or Twitter. They should be able to deactivate your phone for you.
