or contact them through either Facebook or Twitter..this starts you with tier 2 support over the call in tier 1 support agents.

Try using a different phone number to call from.

I used to get tech support in Main USA

it doesn’t matter what time I call. I got this bad customer service. They’re outside the US they don’t talk. No English
