why do i get charge for the 3rd line if it said 3rd line free
I’m on essential plan right now from the promotion activate 2 new lines, get 3rd line free back in Dec 2021 (not long ago). It stated clearly $30/line and I got charge $90 for 2 lines plus taxes and ...

You can always reach out to Customer Care via 611 to discuss any billing issues with them. You could also try the T-Force Team via Facebook or Twitter if you prefer. No one here has access to accounts.

I was told the 3rd line was free as well I've been getting charged $20 for it T-Mobile owe me $320 dollars now. There has to be a way to get my money back it's not my fault their employees lied about a promotion that was the whole point of me switching there should really be a class action lawsuit against them
