When I try to get help with T-Mobile 5G Internet I keep getting routed to Prepaid
I have a prepaid phone account and a postpaid 5G internet account. Every time I call to get internet support, I am routed to the Prepaid team. It does not matter what number I call, 611 or the direct line, (844) 275-9310, the bot who answers always routes me to prepaid. Last Friday I spent over an hour on the phone between transfers to different representatives. Any help would be much appreciated.

the site here is primarily peer to peer assistance. with that being said those peers that assist tend to stay in the areas they are the most knowledgeable...like the home/business net forums...or devices...etc/
