What happened to website help chat?
I disabled some services yet my account says my bill has gone up. Neither iPhone nor iPad mobile apps are working (tried multiple things) so I can only get into the website where there is no chat hel...

1-call in
2-when chat isnt available its due to them being back logged to much so the option is removed until they get cleared up…
3-contact them through Facebook
4-contact them through Twitter..
5-go into a store...
