Want to transfer ownership leased phones eligible for upgrade

Hello, I am looking to transfer ownership of some of my lines to somebody else, two of these lines has Jump on Demand phones with two payments lefts that are eligible for upgrade already. My q...

    Hi...

    JUMP! leases

    The JUMP! on Demand lease can't be transferred from the original account. The original customer remains responsible for the leased device according to the terms and conditions of the lease agreement.

    Only;

    The Equipment Installment Plan, or EIP, associated with the line(s) you are receiving into your account can only be transferred to qualifying accounts within 60 days of the COR date.
