verification code coming from other countries

Just recently my dual verifications codes via text messaging are coming from out of the country Sweden, Russia, Cuba, Argentina, Poland, Chile I could go on etc.  I am not receiving any of my text messages from friends or family since July 11th that is when my messages started coming from out of the country!!! 

HELP PLEASE!!!
