Upgrade

The primary account hold gave me permission to upgrade my line but it still wont let me. Is there a certain amount of time I have to wait before it goes through?

    Also did the PAH change your permissions in their MyTmobile account?

    If it’s changed then the Tmobile rep can see it.

    Try signing in to your MyTmobile account to see what your permissions are.
