Trade-in Promo only applied to one line
A few months ago I switched to T-Mobile with two lines the promo “2022 Apple Buy 2 P2”.
At the time, I only received the label for one trade, so I called and they emailed the second label, no problem.
Now, I see the promo and device trade-in credit for one device, but no the other. So, I’m out the promo credit which was the entire cost of the new phone and the actual trade-in value of the old phone.
I called and they said they see only one trade-in on the account. This is all feeling like a scam.
What do I need to prove that there were two trade-ins?
do you have the confirmation from when you sent the other phone back. if so reach out to customer support using Facebook and send them a copy to prove you had 2 phones traded in. they have a little more influence then the people you talk to sometimes
