Tmoblile rep screwed up when replacing my phone. Now i am paying for 2 phones
Tmoblile rep screwed up when replacing my phone. Now i am paying for 2 phones. Bought a new phone and it was stolen a few days later. Went in to have it replaced and claim on my Assurant plan. When I went to assurant they said that it was not covered. I have been making payments on two phones for several months.
Assurant told me tough luck and T Mobile refuses to do anything about the situation. I want the first p[hone removed from my account and my payments credited. Also I did not ‘jump on demand’.
