The websit does not work for me!!

I use the tmoble website to pay my cell phone,well when i enter password and email,then they send me a verication code on my cell to make sure it really me logging into my tmoble. Well the last three or four month the website does not work for me,and when i call *add on my cell phone, everything goes good until its time to say yes to give them permission to take out the amount owed and its says we are sorry but your debit card is not working, call the bank to make sure the funds are in the bank and so forth. I end up trying again and same results. When i go online and enter everything and its says Oh No there is something wrong with the website or Oh No we are having problems with the website. When i was updating my laptop it also said that i needed to update google chrome (Been trying to do just that and it saying its updated). So i’m very frustrated that i have to call every month and wait on hold just to pay my tmoble bill. I’m ready to blow up!
