Same issue here. Texts are hours sometimes 24 hours late. I rarely get calls. This has been going on for 3 years now. The only answer I've gotten from CS is "The signal looks great on my end." I don't believe that at all. I've been trying to get a job for about 2 years now. Not a single call. All the resumes I've sent out and not 1 phone call? I mean, this is really messing with some customers' livelihoods. Like others here, I've done all I can on my end. This is not a me problem.
