Text message logs no longer available to view
For the past few weeks I have only been able to view my call logs. There is no longer an option to see text logs. Why did this happen and how can I request text logs for the past year? Yes, I know I ...
Those should be listed in your account. If they disappeared, perhaps the bill was rolling over to the next billing period. Once complete, you should see the next bills calling and texting info listed.
