Text is blocked and T-Mobile is saying I was spamming
Please let me know if you are fixing the blocked text message problem. According to the post below, others are having this same problem. I have a ticket open and have been without outgoing texts for 9 days.

I just found out my A53 is supported by AT&T. So I can move to AT&T for plan coverage!

Good job

If someone happens to report a message from you as spam. That could be why, whether or not the report was accidental or intentional.

All the more reason to switch to a different company.

I have an idea, please let me know if anybody has tried this. I see free text messaging apps to download. Google has one, WhatsAp has one. Would TMobile still monitor texts if on a different app? I was told the block will be lifted tomorrow morning. But I’m reading that it doesn’t always happen that way. I don’t really want to change carriers it’s expensive and my phone is paid for. But working around this text messaging problem is priority.

Reputable site for sure. I can't get a straight answer from anybody at tmoble. The block is supposed to be lifted tomorrow morning. If not I will go check out Verizon.

You should go to Verizon anyway. Who wants a company that will charge you to block your phone without warning?

So I bought a new phone 2 days ago and my problem with blocked messages is happening on the new phone. I’m looking at Mint Mobile and Verizon. I can buy the phone at Best Buy and have it activated there. Mint you have to have it sent to you. Their plans (mint) seem pretty good - coverage is normal. I go to places without 5G so I dont care if I have it or not. If I go to verizon, I’ll return this phone and buy new one at Verizon.
I very rarely sent links in my texts. And when I do, its usually from a reputable site.

No more than usual. They are to smart news app with links to news articles about the same topic. I've been doing the same for years.

Have you sent a lot of messages in a day. Especially with a link? Have you install any suspect apps recently that might be sending texts, like play this game by clicking this link?

Have you gone to another carrier? Which one and what brand phone did you get?

Have the exact same issue - mine started in Dec 22 and I was restricted for 10 days - no idea why. Then in January I started having the same issue - none of my text msgs were getting thru. Tech support was of NO help. They think I’m suppose to put up with their stupid developers (probably from **ndia), So I thought the problem (at first) was my phone (A71) so I bought a NEW phone and transferred my stuff over. The text messages were getting thru to my friends for 1 WHOLE day - then bam, no test messages again. Now I’m at the point of going to another carrier. I’ve been with tmobile for 15 yrs - obviously loyalty doesn’t matter. Their text message to me was it could take 3 days OR longer to get a resolution if any at all. Don’t know about you guys, but their is just not acceptable.

I have been blocked as of yesterday from sending text messages. I can receive. I was told that i sent too many “Links” in my text messages about the same topic. The block is supposed to be lifted at 6:38 tomorrow morning. No warning, thinking i was texting people and they weren’t getting my texts. After 2 + hours on the phone with customer service, I was told there isn’t anything they can do until the block is lifted. I asked how to avoid this problem in the future, i was told to email links. I’ve been a customer for over 20 years. I’m furious. That’s it we get no assistance no other reason for this to have happened.
