When I signed up for TMobile (2 accounts) I was told they would pay the outstanding amount owed to Verizon on the balance remaining. One month later they did not pay Verizon and give me the funds. ...
You need to pay Verizon then submit the final bill to Tmobile and Tmobile will send you a prepaid debit card for the amount.
