T-Mobile Hold music is Horrible
Everytime I call of course there will be periods of time where I am put on hold. The music played is the most awful imaginable. Makes me want to hang up.
The hold music is the worst I’ve ever experienced. It’s enough to make someone go postal. The content and the volume needs to be changed. However, maybe it’s a precursor for the outsourced customer service you’re about to receive. Every call turns into an hour of apologies and wordy script.
I just want a solution to my problem in the least amount of words and the least amount of time. Is that too much to ask for?
