Switching provider payout
Hello,
I switched from Verizon to T-Mobile. I received notice that my last payment from Verizon is going to collections for non-payment. I was advised that T-Mobile would pay that for me. Any update on this? Thanks!

also check your emails spam folder..usually if there were any issues they would contact you through email..at times said email ends up in a spam folder instead of your main email areas.

You need to look at the agreement but it seems like they usually say it might take 60 days to get the gift card.
Try using messenger on one of Tmobile’s social media accounts like twitter. They are tier 2 support .
Thanks!! However, I havent received that gift card yet.
Usually the payment for the last bill is a gift card Tmobie sends to you and not Verizon so you still need to make the last payment to Verizon.
