Suspended Account
If my account was suspended for one week, after week of suspension I pay the full balance due, when will service be restored?
It will be right away. It usually takes a couple of days for T-Mobile to confirm the payment depending on how it was made. You can always reach out to Customer Care at 611 or by DM'ing T-Mobile on Facebook or Twitter to see if that payment has fully processed.
