scam discount call

This is basically a user to user forum with some Tmobile moderation so try using messenger on one of Tmobile's social media accounts like Facebook or Twitter and they can let you know if that's a promo.
I got the same call today as the Sally9876. I did not give them my card info to pay the state taxes. Instead, I called T-Mobile to confirm if it was legit. They said no. They had no record of there being any of the discount promotions the scammers offered nor any promotions about a free gift. What’s weird, is they were texting me on the same thread that the real T-Mobile was a couple of weeks ago regarding a phone replacement and they credited $150 to my phone bill. So, I don’t know for sure if this is a scam or if T-mobile’s right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing.
I also just received similar call offering a 30% discount on my bills.
