Why is it so difficult to redeem the Keep and Switch Promo?
9 times out of 10 when I go to https://www.switch2t-mobile.com/ either the site is down for maintenance, I can’t log in (get some message about “sorry our wires are crossed..”) or after I enter my ph...
Going through the same thing right now and still getting the same information you are a month later. Did you ever get your virtual card? It was the only reason I switched to T-mobile as their reception in my area is not great. If they don’t come through, I’m switching right back.
