Turn off mobile data from t-mobile.com account
I'm trying to figure out how to turn off mobile data on my child's device from my t-mobile account page. I don't want to install a separate application, I don't want to have to take the device...
In your MyTmobile account go to account, line usage then click on the manage data and there's an
option for no data.
I just tried this, but it still has data.
how long does it take before it takes effect?
