Missing calls and texts in or out from my T-Mobile usage and phone records reports...
I have a problem with T-Mobile not having accurate phone records and showing inbound or outbound calls to include text messages. I can’t locate certain calls coming in or made to include text message...
The “Messages” usage log in the T-Mobile app does not reflect the actual usage activity. In fact, most of the actual text usage is missing from the T-Mobile log. This just began about 3 months ago.
Lmac, thanks again for the response, but so I'm clear... be specific... are incoming, outcalls and text messages missing and or not showing on T-Mobile usage reports? T-Mobile app or the actual T-Mobile website application?

Lmac... as you experience this same issue... are you at home on a network, WIFI calling or on mobile data and a cellular tower?
