iPhone T-Mobile App issue
Hi everyone, When using the t-mobile app after signing in an error page keeps popping up. It says “Sorry, Something went wrong. We weren't able to process your request at this time. Please try again...

Brand new customer here. The same thing is happening to me. I tried reinstalling the app and restarting the phone several times. Nothing helps. Could it have something to do with being a new customer?
