I am absolutely appalled by how difficult they make it to delete your account. It’s exactly like Adobe and they make you jump through hoop after hoop. At this rate I’m never gonna wanna return to T-Mobile. You can’t cancel your account without calling in. I don’t have a phone number! I moved to out of the country! I’m not calling in to be charged an obscene fee. Not to mention that I am without a phone number at the moment! I am extremely unimpressed and with the level of frustration this has caused. I will reiterate. I will not be coming back.
