Exchange colors. Replacement phone.
My granddaughter had her phone stolen, so we called and got a replacement sent but they sent her the wrong Color. If we took it into a store, would they possibly be able to replace it with the color ...
I'm dealing with the same thing they sent me a pink phone im a 6'1 200 pound man l....I dont want a pink phone. I will literally take any color but they said there is nothing they can do. I realize it's not the people at the stores fault but I feel like there has to be something that can be done
