    To change the name associated with your number, can be done by contacting Customer Care via 611 from your device.  This cha ge can take a day or two to implement.

Syaoran: I went through 8 or 9 611 reps each promising me they could change the name of my Caller ID. All of them failed! I tried a 3rd party T-Mobile rep. She got close, but she left off one letter that I wanted. Perhaps I should be happy with what I have.
