4K UHD is this free on Magenta Max?

Is this free on Magenta Max Plan?  don’t understand why you need to turn on if so.

Thanks yall for the question.  You do get a notification saying “Thank you for purchasing a T-Mobile 4k UHD video”.  I was wondering why it was going to charge me when I thought it was free.
