Neither stores nor reps handle parent Project 10 Million enrollments. You need to sign up online. It's highly likely you need a different email address because you signed up for a T-Mobile id with your current email.

We’ve had ours since spring and it never worked, we kept getting sent to look for a welcome email with an account phone number that we never got…until today. A bunch of people from our district got their shipping notifications yesterday (for the hotspots that came months ago) and then a welcome message today - after that our hotspots all started working!
it seems like they never activated a lot of them as they were sending them out and are going back and doing it, hopefully yours is activated soon!!
I don't know if you threw it out already seeing this is old. But if ANYONE see this. I figured out the issue. The information on the battery on the underside of it. It contains the 10-digit phone number that it keeps asking for on the . It also contains the Admin website that you're able to go to and look at how much data has been used and so forth. It also gives the name of the device and password for those who isn't able to get it activated. I really hopes this helps anyone who finds this cause it took me a minute to figure it out myself.
