phone and new service
my mother needed new service plan, she opened tmobile service on Saturday. She had a phone already, one that was easy for her to use - she’s 86 and cant see etc...it took a long time to find a phone she could use. when she changed service they gave her a new phone, is thee any way I can go to the tmobile store and have the old phoe set up
it’ll depend on just how old it is..TMO and other carriers are in the process of turning off certain signals. mainly things like 2G and 3G..so if her phone is a 3G only or even a 4G phone but it doesnt have VoLTE (Voice over LTE) then it wont work either. you might go with and mess with the settings within some of the phones. there are ways you can upsize everything to make it a bit easier to see etc..larger apps etc.
