I do not understand why I have so many problems with this company. I love T-Mobile and it’s been a pleasure, but having problems with everything is being a hassle. I am so tired of being on the phone...
Is it possible to get the phone from the store then send your phone back via the ship back method?
Is it possible to get support to send you some type of paperwork to pick up a phone in the store?
