Only signed up for home internet.

I only signed up for home internet which is their Wi-Fi router and works great but I have no access to my account online I have did everything to set it up have a user's code or whatever it is they have and keeps telling me that my device is not registered over and over I've put it in and it tells me once I try to go to it not registered have not been able to get on to my own account for over 8 months but they do take my auto pay. My question is I don't have an account or I'm not registered how can I get on this T-Mobile community site but not my account I've tried everything any solutions out there?
