needing more time to pay bill beyond what payment extension allows
I'm unable to pay by the due date. I tried setting up an extension but it doesn't give me enough time. What to do?

All billing related matters must be addressed with Customer Care at 611 or by sending a DM to T-Mobile on Facebook. No one here has account access as this is primarily a peer help forum for customers to seek help from other customers.
