My Bill's Time Zone

I'm new to Tmobile and it appears that the time zone for my bill is PST even though I live in Charlotte NC. I went to store and called the help line. Nobody can fix it. It is very confusing and frustrating. NEVER HAVE I EVER had a bill in another time zone in my 48 years...!! Seems archaic!

    All tmobile billing is that way. I used to live in Illinois and have since moved to Arizona so it's a least correct 50% of the time.
