Moto E6 doesn't get incoming calls

Since this morning, my Moto E6 does not receive incoming calls.  When someone calls it’s silent for a few seconds, then a recording saying “We’re sorry, your call cannot be completed at this time.”  

Please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
