monthly payments

What is terrific company I’ll call the customer service and ask them why did you guys took the payment out of my auto pay and say on the app that my public payment was paid off after a couple of days of cut off my service and you tell me to pay off my monthly payment again I will contact my bank to see if there was an issue with my bank well there wasn’t in fact T-Mobile just want to take money out of the customers pocket now instead of me only paying $94 I have to pay $578 for nothing just so T-Mobile won’t give me a fake news that they took the money OK I contact my bank account several times and I contact the customer service for T-Mobile several times also and it’s T-Mobile’s fault all right they say that they took the money well they didn’t and after a couple of days they say no we didn’t take it and they will charge me extra so I can restore my line now after I do the payment again they do the same thing
