Mcafee billing upcharge
Since Tmobile had a serious security breach the in store rep gave me “free Mcafee Antivirus” when I signed up then started billing me $5 a month. Customer service insists I signed up for it in-app. ...
OK, dismissive, unhelpful T mobile employee. I am out 25 dollars for something I didn’t need and wouldn’t have bought. I never go for these extra charges and can not afford them.
