Is the TMobile live chat bad for everyone?

I finally got someone to answer after 30 minutes waiting tonight. I think if you don't type something every 5 minutes then it will drop you. For every few minutes I would just type a question mark.
IIt's the same once you get a person, they may take several minutes to respond but if you don't type something you make it dropped.
