I havwnt reached a local team of experts in months. I used to find them helpful in a variety of areas. The outsourced reps don’t seem to understand my question, but there was always that Tmobile prom...
No, they're still around. You can also text them with the 611 number.
I don't call support much but the last time I called I got the team from Albuquerque with me living in the Phoenix area.
The T-Force team that used to monitor this board many years ago now monitor Tmobile’s bigger social media platforms like Facebook and Twitter.
